In development
A shared workspace, tailored to the way your teams work.
For projects that need a consistent employee experience, we are developing the Porthera platform as a framework for a tailored workspace across browser, desktop and mobile. Company-specific modules bring together approved knowledge, connected systems and reviewable workflows without making every customer use the same features.
- Your people
Browser, desktop and mobile - Company modules
Enabled per customer - Approved knowledge and connected systems
Each source keeps its owner - Administration and policy
Access, logging, data choices
What the workspace brings together
-
Employee assistance
Designed to bring search, conversation, document understanding and task preparation into one workspace, with available source references and missing information shown.
-
Company administration
Designed so your administrators decide who can see what, which sources are connected and what is recorded.
-
Department and role boundaries
Access is meant to follow your organisation, so teams, sites and projects only see what they are allowed to see.
-
Configurable modules
Capabilities are enabled per company, so one business could have quotation support while another has operational knowledge.
-
Data and hosting choices
Where information is processed and which AI providers are used are decided per implementation, including dedicated or private options where feasible.
Adopting the shared workspace is not a requirement for working with us. Website features, embedded integrations and focused custom tools can each be delivered on their own. See all services.
Common questions
Can a project be smaller than the full platform?
Yes. A practical tool-setup and adoption project, website feature, integration or focused internal tool can be scoped on its own. The shared Porthera platform is in development; these services can be delivered independently.
Can data stay in a private environment?
Dedicated hosting and private inference can be assessed where required. The answer depends on the complete data-processing path and the capabilities needed, not just where one application is hosted.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We assess what already works and connect appropriate sources or capabilities. A replacement is a separate business decision, not a condition of using AI.
