AI software built for your business—not the other way around.

We design and develop AI-powered applications and features around real business needs. That might be a specialist assistant, an intelligent portal, a document-driven workflow or a new tool that brings information and actions together. We combine the right AI capabilities with dependable software, rather than expecting a model to do the entire job.

Illustrative

What this can include

  • New AI-enabled applications

Web applications, portals and specialist assistants that bring information and actions together for a defined group of people.

  • AI features in software you already use

Extraction, search, drafting or decision support added to an existing application through its supported interfaces.

  • Structured extraction and decision support

Unstructured input turned into fields, comparisons and recommendations that show their evidence and their gaps.

  • Browser, desktop and mobile experiences

Interfaces shaped to where the work happens, from a review screen in the office to a quick lookup on site.

  • Prototypes before the wider build

A working version tested with representative examples, so the idea is proven before it grows.

Illustrative workflow

From a specification to a work package

  1. A project team submits a specification.

  2. Requirements are extracted, each with its page reference.

  3. Relevant internal records are found and linked.

  4. Gaps and conflicts are flagged.

  5. A structured work package is prepared for a person to review.

What you get

  • Discovery notes and an agreed scope for the first outcome
  • Application and interface design
  • Working software with its integrations
  • Evaluation cases that check AI behaviour against representative examples
  • Documentation and an agreed handover or support arrangement

Integration and data considerations

  • Which sources the application reads, and which system owns each record.
  • Hosting, model provider and data-handling choices for this specific project.
  • Whether model training, prediction, computer vision or voice is genuinely useful. These are assessed case by case, not included by default.

How people stay in control

  • AI output is presented as a proposal with its sources, not as a final decision.

  • Permissions follow the people using the application.

  • Consequential actions only run through steps your workflow explicitly enables.

Questions about custom ai development

Is this just prompt writing?

No. Most of the work is the software around the model: understanding the process, connecting the data, designing the interface, testing behaviour and keeping it maintainable.

Do you train custom models?

Only where there is a clear need and suitable data. Many useful applications work well with existing models combined with your own information and rules. We assess this during discovery.

Can we start small?

Yes. A focused prototype tested with the people who will use it is often the right first step before a wider build.

Discuss a custom AI project.

Describe the process, the systems involved and where the work gets stuck. You don’t need a finished technical brief.
