Common questions
Can you help us use existing AI tools?
Yes. We assess suitable tools and, where they fit, configure them around a defined workflow. This can include approved shared knowledge, reusable instructions and templates, staff training and review procedures, without requiring a custom application.
Is this only about chatbots?
No. An assistant is one interface. Porthera can also build embedded website features, document-processing tools, internal applications and connected workflows that prepare or organise work.
Can a project be smaller than the full platform?
Yes. A practical tool-setup and adoption project, website feature, integration or focused internal tool can be scoped on its own. The shared Porthera platform is in development; these services can be delivered independently.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We assess what already works and connect appropriate sources or capabilities. A replacement is a separate business decision, not a condition of using AI.
Can it use our databases and applications?
We can assess the sources needed for the workflow and build suitable integrations where access and interfaces permit. The solution must respect the information each person is authorised to access.
